Understanding that Landlords and property owners need to provide a safe and healthy place for their tenants and residents to live, we ensure that their homes are well maintained, safe and compliant by offering heating servicing and safety checks (gas, oil and solid fuel), Legionella (L8) compliance, Fire Risk Assessments and fire door inspection certification and replacement (BM Trada) and periodic electrical inspections.
